None of those are open rvr.

I'm on Dark Crag for destro.
and on Praag for order.

They are the only 2 open rvr servers with decent population. I play both servers an equal amount of time(for now). I must warn you on Dark Crag Destro outnumbers order.

Alarielle might be a good choice. Alot of new players after people moved from Ellyrion
