is core pve??

Core = Only can pvp in designated areas. Unlike open pvp which is pvp everywhere.

Like Shing said, personally i dont see the use of the Open RvR.
Reason is cause all the classes are Group RvR balanced and for example a DoK and a WP will be fighting forever, and will basicly kill any other class 1vs1.

But guess theirs not really much open rvr going around in the "lvl" areas anyway, so it does not mather that much.

lol not really, you only played tier 1 or what? WP and Doks are easy to take out with ap drain, or skills that do dots or direct damage when a player heals, aswell as hex or ailments which causes the player to get a slower cooldown or longer cast time.
