Payed for subrscription/game but keeps saying "authentication" is wrong. Where exactly do i get my acc name? ?

Ive tried my master account name + my warhammeronline account name.

If you pre-ordered then check your email and make sure you have your username/pass correct. You will have to log on and see the account status there. You will then have to click "redeem code" It's somewhere above your account name and benefits, it's like the size of a banner. You will then enter the CD key from the sheet of paper that has the keyboard layout on the back of it. It will then ask you if you want to tie the account you just made to your pre-order account, select yes. You now have a Warhammer online account.

If you didn't pre-order, go to the official Warhammer website, create an account, then follow the same steps. Cheers.

Its your Firewall, i had the same problem. Just make sure the program isn't blocked.

u've to unblock the the game on ur firewall..
