It is similiar to WoW.. But different.. This game is pretty much entirely based around two things.. Questing.. Public questing *Where you group up in public places do a series of 3 quests, fight a bad ass boss.. any pug can do it..* and PvP'ing..

RvR = Realm vrs Realms... Chaos vs Order... Good guys vs Bad guys... You can always que up for a BG.. that are fun.. but take some team effort...
Game is fairly ballanced.. you got your squishy character that do a lot of damage.. and your tanks who take a lot of damage and can dish out some if one is not paying attention

and i played beta....its not like im clueless to what the game is all about.

public quests are a big dissapointment
every time you run into a public quest its basically 40 players camping a quest that is designed for 5-10 players
thus has a 0/10 difficulty rating and low chance for loot drops

Wow, i hate it when people decide if the game is crap within the first 2 tiers..................................................................................
