Its probably your race/class. To level you want a good hp/dps class. A healer is going to take a while to level. As will a low dps tank.

yeah my archmage was taking too long to level. so i quit it. i have a marauder now and i was owning and getting top exp in the sc but now im lvl 12 and i cant get ANY hp

and WOW i really hate my sc teams. no healers and nobody knows how to slow a guy running with our flag

For hp its gonna have to come from gear. Three methods to get it Public quests, Random scenario loot, And renown gear merchant in the town for your level. Renown merchant in each place has different level gear. Go to your main city and it has all level renown merchants and all types. IF all else fails you could buy it on auction house.

As for scenario teams only guarantee is to bring in a scenario party. To find one you will need to be on heavy populated server.

remember the flag usually means a whole lot less than kills.

the flag usually just gives you like extra points per kill
