WoW is an EASY mode MMO. Everything is hand fed to you.

I will say this though.

PRE-BC, WoW was fun as hell. It really was. What they should have done. instead of rasing the level cap and making all your items obsolete. They shouldve just put in more dungeons then just gave out better loot for them. instead of making my ashkandi worthless at lvl 63. They should have just made more raids, but lowerraids dropped equivalent to gear of like mid BWL and made you still have to goto the higher end raids to replace your "ashkandi" equivalent Items. kind of like a new ZG, MC, and BWL.

Agreed. I quit right before TBC because I was pissed. I farmed naxx and was picking up t3. All the time and effort in farming the retarded amount of pots and buffs that you used to make attempts went out the shitter. That gear was insane. It was double that of any other teir at that level. TBC comes out, my friends drag me back in saying "70 is so awesome" I start leveling and checking out people. People that I would 2 pump in a duel at 60, had greens at 62 that were almost as good as my t3. HI, I NO HAVES SKILLS, I DO A QUEST TO KILL 5 BOARS AND GET SWORD BETTER THAN YOURS FROM 120 HOURS OF NAXX FARM.

This thread is very one sided since it was posted in the War Hammer forums.

I have had the opportunity to play both but i have to say War Hammer just is not as polished as WOW what so ever. Obviously this is to be expected since WOW has been out for years and War Hammer was recently released, but it still turned me off. Maybe it was because i did not know anyone or something but I just found War Hammer boring as hell. Granted i did not give it much of a chance but i also heard the end game content was pointless and if this is the case it made me not care to level. Can anyone else confirm this?

War Hammer has some nice ideas but i just cant get into it.

And i have to agree WOW pre bc was so much fun. BWL is still my favorite instance of all time and i used to love to pvp but now with the resilience gear its no fun at all.

WoW was good but it gets old real fast. The pvp is very tedious to do in wow. Grind out a ton of honor just so you can compete in arenas only to find that the classes are not balanced.
Then you have the raid environment of wow, once you're done with all of the content, what is there left to do? You certainly don't want to use that pve gear in pvp because of lack of survivability.
Anyways, that's the situation that I'm in after clearing sunwell several months ago. The game is very boring and I don't intend to pick up wotlk simply because I'll be put in the same situation.

In any case, I'll be picking up warhammer very soon to try out something new. I'm hoping this game is as fun as I hope it is.
