Well, I cant quote for EU Players. But I said, most/ if not full DP

Probably are some Euros with full DP id imagine. Those guys are crazy

on the subject of ppl on servers with DP gear etc, some servers have had different situations and there are more players with higher renown/gear etc
so comparing the accomplishments of people from one server to the next isnt neccessarily equal comparison
