just wondering what is classified as a true hr, and what the going rates for runes are....prolly a noob question but i've been outta the game for awhile

I only play USeast NL, but my guess is it will depend on your realm and if you're ladder or non-ladder (I'm talking if you want to trade ingame with hrs)
