The thing with Ormus is that It gives max cold dmg + 3 to blizzard, isnt that somewhat rare?

there is no rare unique item (rare in the meaning of the word, not the yellow items) in nonladder.
ormus has to be absolutely perfect to be worth some more. even in ladder you can easily get a blizz ormus for 10fg in nonladder (where all the ormus from each ladder are, its even cheaper)
circ is imho crap or selfuse (2/20 is basic, only real add 27 life so shako is > since you dont really need the fcr and if you do you look for a much better one)
