How much would a Gull cost me? Either in fg or pgems/hrs. And on a similar note, how much would other low-level mf gear cost? Goldwrap/Chance Guards/Tarnhelm/Nagel, etc.

I have a gull dagger n/l sc useast for sale o.o
And I'm fairly sure I have a goldwrap n/l sc useast for sale too, along with the nagel rings.

Even if I were USEast, I don't have the money to afford anything, even gull. I just wanted a picture of about how much wealth I will need to amass before buying some basic mf gear.

Maybe around 3-8 fg depending on what stats you are looking for. or even less don't get discourage!
