max mana is 20 i think, and max inc 5%, though it lacks str/dex, more frw id say. Perhaps more resi

totally wrong

max mana is 60, inc 5
str is not possible on boots
9dex is max but not really needed (but nice add)


look for: 30frw, 10fhr, 5xmana, 4-5inc, res boots....these are crap
