I think i might have gotten really lucky with this shield, however I have no idea what it's value is, although I estimate that it can be quite high.
The stats are:
333 Defense (Perfect defense, eth bugged monarch)
44/44 durability
+2 to all skills
+35% fcr (perfect fcr)
+55% fhr
+250 defense vs missiles
+22 to vitality
+102 to mana
cold resist 35%
lightning resist 35%
poison resist 35%
+6 magic absorb
attacker takes damage of 14
Ethereal cannot be repaired.
