How much are these items worth? I think the shield is a decent lld shield, but it has no sockets so I'm not sure. Let me know

2nd stats realm/core plz

This being said, i would charsi both but I guess you could sell circlet for sth like 5fg.
Shield is too low because
- Pala shield can grant you far more res
- Spirit shield is available at lvl 30 and spirit is way better than everything else at that level

1. 5 fg
2. ~0 fg i think it need fbr/icb. And 2 sockets would be better
