Personally i would charsi this. or only use for temp. Cause yes it does have 40%ias and 2+ all skills. But the lighting sentry skill is not needed. you would rather have a differnt skill if you would be wanting to use the ias. And no one would buy this for a lighting sentry claw. might be worth something.. not to much though. only for temp
