In my opinion they lack more mana and they lack FRW besides only 1 Resistance
I wouldnt care for em
But you can probably sell em, I just have no idea about price

Well, they have 2 mana from perfect considering these aren't mana crafts and offers 4 more rep life than any caster crafts can have. In addition to that they have a perfect 20 life, not possible to get one any rare/crafted boots but blood crafts. Along with that they have FHR and Fire res to fill in the gap in Spirit resistance...

Hmmz Ive seen plenty of boots with 50 Mana that wasnt crafted so it should be possible to get more ... but if u insist ..

Yes, I insist! please post a screenshot of such boots. It might be possible in NL if higher mana was possible in earlier patches (but I doubt that). In current patch boots can't have more than 40 mana unless it's crafted caster boots!
