How are scammers allowed to sell things?? Is it safe to buy?

So the believed amount they scammed or stole is tallied by a TT/Med I Believe. At which point they can provide services items and etc to users to make up for they stolen amount.

So basically if you steal 100fg worth of stuff. You can trade 100fg worth of items or services to repay and get the tags removed(The fg is sent to a tt/med, not the user). I could totally be wrong though, if someone else knows.

Interested in IGG if the rate is good. And could we be linked to the locked thread so we know which tt/med to send gold to?

This is correct. All payment goes toward either the person that repay on his behalf or directly to the TT/Med in charge of his scam repay.
