whats the most active english server? id consider moving if my ping is okay im located in North east USA

i just started but plenty of mmorpg experience and im looknig to do end game content. i main a dead eye

Chill I am used to having 1000 hotkeys, my rotation is on point i always play rogue classes in any game so having tobe behind boss is not a problem for me.
