Sure, that's more than enough time to do your guardians and chaos dungeons daily.
That's enough time for a a couple of alts when you get there too.
If you're interested in progression raiding you might look into putting more time in on set days obviously with a guild.
Otherwise play at your own pace 2-4 a day is enough time to enjoy it and progress through the tiers
Tons of horizontal content as well.
What I'd consider mandatory to progress at a normal pace.
Per character Daily stuff.
Leveling (worst part of the game, but once you're past it you're good)
Compass dailies - 10 mins a piece (every hour after 10am)
Chaos dungeons x2 10 mins or so (solo easy to do)
Guardians x2 20 mins max probably, 10mins if faster. (party finder or matchmake) Solo at ilvl can be tricky.
Unas tasks (would recommend) - 10-20 mins (solo)
Weeklies per character
1 Regular/Abyss dungeon
1 Abyss Raid
1 Legion Raid. (end game)
You lose some of this going higher in endgame ilvl and it's replaced by more legion raiding.
