If theyre looking to catch you, it doesnt matter. That said, Im pretty sure all those bans recently aside from botting is due to the commerce ban bug.

On this topic.. what's the "safest" method of doing transactions? Face-to-face, mail, or market?

I think no one knows because apparently, no one on d2jsp has been banned yet. Also people are wanting to know if it's a three strike and you're out thing or it's an outright ban if you're caught. As it's early days yet, it's hard to say. I would wait and see.

First of all, there must be differences between servers [ KR server doesn't catch RWT that often, JP server does ]
but my opinion is, the methods don't have any differences

Nothing official but just by my experiences of millions sale

Just one good thing for AH method is that seller won't be able to know buyer's IGN, that's all

I'd think ah would be harder to prove, what if I put up a random item for 100k gold and some idiot bought it... not my fault lol
Mind you, it's very unlikely that'll ever happen...

Would check out unless the same "idiot" sold dozens of random items for 10k-100k
