Anyone know the going rate for carries? I've carried a few tytalos etc. but never charged. What is a fair price for a t1/early t2 carry? I believe i can solo all up to Achates.

One other question, is it possible to sell runs cross-server? Are the players able to trade, or would they need to purchase something from AH?
