There's no such thing as pvp gear, everything is normalized/ scaled to the max

So even if you queue up, you'll be level 50 with the max stats and skills to play with

This was such a genius idea, imagine if d3 adapted this, pvp could have turned out fine

The only time gear would be relevant to pvp is open world island pvp, and frankly you will be 1 shot by everyone until you are lvl 50+ with 1300 ilvl. To get there with just swiping, you will need a few thousand dollars spend most likely.
You'll still be able to queue for the various arenas were it's equal footing for each player and gear has 0 impact but outside of that if you want to pvp with the big boys it's 50+ and ilvl 1300+ minimum. I doubt the FG you have is enough to deck out a 1300+ char though just letting you know.


Edit: Skins is buyable though and visible in pvp, albeit it provides no stat changes at all for pvp, you sure look baller though.

How about making a PVE build to farm and do dung with ? Is there specific gear I can get to make that easier or items?

No such thing as PvP gear, the gear that you'll be wearing are all from chaos & abyss dungeons.

I'm a sorc main i can probably guide you through the various setups, if your main focus is pvp i suggest an Ignite build just to get into the habbit of using both the identity functions, albeit i personally play reflux outside of pvp just for the smooth simplicity.
Ignite build has a higher damage ceiling for bosses than reflux, but requires a different playstyle (slightly closer to pvp playstye) and you benefit A LOT when playing ignite if you know the raids and mechanics/attack patterns.

(Edit: Sorc is also semi-strong while the game is fresh and people haven't figured out how to play the game yet. In KR and RU it's considered a b-tier pvp class and you should know that it's a class that is super vounrable in the start of the fight and very punishing if you're out of possition (one of the weakest classes in the game defence wise, and no mobility spells at all other than when Identity is charged).
