you can't enter in content without itemlevel. If you have the right itemlevel, you shouldn't have problem in finishing the content unless you are dumb and can't play your class after hundreds of hours of gameplay or you're missing a hand.

Or in a party with a bunch of scrubs that don't know what they're doing, 99.9% of the time that's the scenario, you forgot that a lot of the content in this game have party ststems and can't be soloed like a chaos dungeon for a good reason.

Thats what guilds are for... this is not wow that require 25 ppl in a fight. If you can't find 3 decent people you can play with, you should play single player games.

About less than 15% of the game's population is in T3 atm, I'm in that 15% bracket. You there yet to find out how hard it is to find a party for abyss and guardians etc?
