Edit: I'm on Avesta, but as Sneaky said I think it should work within East region using express mail.

i tried trading this chest but it wouldn't let me. We have to be on the same server. Not Region.

the auction house is server wide so that would be your best bet

You should be able to send via express mail to another server within East.
