Names wont be able to be efficiently traded. Once the character is deleted, the name is put on hold until manually requested or until released by smilegate/amazon.

Not true, they posted an update about it. As long as the character is level 10 or below, the name is freed up immediately. You can test it out with a name you don’t care about.

I've created a char with a random name and deleted it.
Name is now taken....

edit: Tried again after 2min and it worked
