I ended up not using the class I made it on cause a friend wanted that class, so I rerolled to a Assassin and tried to use the same name and then It was rejected by the server. Rip

they are region locked and the only way to sell names is only if the chars are level 10 or below
if they are level 11+ it would take 30 days or 60 days (forget which) to recycle into the pool of avail names
