new to the game, level 16 bard. Im not sure if I missed something along the way, but I find I can never use her specials.. my attack meter barely gets to 1 bar. My buddy is playing a different class and said he can use his even when they are greyed out- is this true?

Is there a way I can fill these up faster? I did a full dungeon run on hard and couldn't heal my party the entire run.

Bard takes a bit to fill up there are plenty of skills as you level their tripods that add to her serenade meter. Spam them abilities and spec for more meter as you level more. Also focus your points into dissonance first while leveling to get the third tripod asap, you'll thank yourself in the end.

I personally get boosts to serenade from Dissonance, and Stigma with my build.
