Interested in the game but wondering how p2w the game is and if there are any good means of farming FG to pay for those p2w features?

You can pay money for gems, and gems to gold, as well as buying a few mats here and there from the cash shop, but there is no real pay to win. Its kinda like pay to progress faster. a F2P player can get everything you do and do everything you do, just slower, and pvp is equalized so a level 26 character who hasnt reached endgame can stomp you out in pvp. It can be p2w if you want or you can just put in more time like most other games. And even the biggest whales aren't going to beat the last raid without skill. Also on the one server in Korea the first team to beat the hardest raid in the game was a f2p group.

Paying will get you ahead or help you keep up but it won't give you the skill necessary to do the hardest content.

In terms of the PVP side of things everything is normalized including skill points and gear so no one can pay for an advantage there.

I have only played a bit of the game but it seems like early on everything will be super expensive for forum gold because people will want to try and rush atleast a few characters to late game to get their gold farming to be quicker. If you sell your stuff early on then your progress will slow down and be making less fg later on. This is just what I have observed from watching lots of videos in the past couple weeks.

My game plan is to spend a bunch of fg early on once my main character hits a wall to progress 5-6 alts quicker to get my gold farming to be quicker.

You can also pay 600 igg to progress a character to level 50 so you don't have to do all the early shit so I will probs buy a bunch of gold early.

Ya you have to level 1 character first but your alts can be leveled after that with the knowledge system.

This game’s extremely F2P-friendly for a Korean MMORPG, practically 80% of the cash shop content is tradable and can be purchased inside the in-game auction house, the so-called P2W items are only time vs progression items and are not essential to gameplay.

A F2P user will eventually catch up to a paying player no problemo.
