Few reasons...

some don't even have stock when they are selling, so they price based on how much they paying from 3rd party RMT.

Also, in game prices/rmt prices fluctuate, so they want to charge more if prices go up.

At least 90% don't self-farm, either bot or buy form botters lol.

There's a few that are "legit" but yea, not many.

there's probably less than 0.1% legit gold farmers throughout entire NA region lol

The ratios nowadays aren't even good. It's cheaper to obtain other ways.
