It's evident that some gold sellers here also run webshops of their own and probably partake in all the spam botting that's happening in-game at the moment which means they're probably flagged, the most you here can do is to check a user's post history to see if they're stockpiling or selling a large amounts of gold and high-demanded items for multiple games, another sign is that users that are purely here for "business" don't usually participate in chats in other sections like general chat and etc as well.

They do, its just a cat and mouse game where they can infinitely open accounts. Everytime they build a better mousetrap, they build a better mouse though
