I've seen that, is that your personal email from them? or just the picture u grabbed from the post a day ago on the lost ark forum?
I'm asking because i got a permanent ban, and it shows on my steam account.



I bought the gold on my main account, the gold I sold was from my 2nd account i use only for extra gathering. that one didnt get banned only my main.
I keep seeing people post that picture and I feel like maybe its not the gold i got banned for.

So what other stuff did you do? Did you return a founders pack? bot? etc.

I refunded the founders pack 5 months ago and rebought it when it came out a month ago. but didnt abuse the refund thing to get extra crystals

Are you using any VPN, exitlag or wtfast or anything similar?
I guess you already appealed, so let us know what they tell you.

It's hard to believe that you got Perma banned for buying that small amount of gold

Posts have been saying its a 1 day ban, but STEAM is the one saying its a permanent ban, on my steam page. and it doesnt seem right that they would give me a game ban on steam for a 1 day ban.


and no i do not use any kind of vpn or bot. but hopefully they tell me the reason for the ban. I've seen a bunch of people just get copypastas saying theyre not gonna respond anymore

and also like i said early, my alt is the one that sold gold recently, i bought gold weeks ago. (and my alt is not banned as of now)

Because making a 2nd account would not be best option if they can track how you traded that gold with your main account

Anyways, I got a message in my main screen one day saying that I was reported for bad language and if I continued, would be banned. And I'm sure only once I've said something bad in chat...

I just bought gold here on the forum. I was banking on the worst case scenario being a 24 hour ban since that is what has been screenshotted a couple times. I believe it was even confirmed by Roxx as being their current measure, but it was mentioned that they intend to be much stricter as they adapt their methods. IMO the safer method is to trade via auction house and not go crazy on the amounts.
