Think about it like this.


If you have 1 character and that's all you can play, you have said above content to work for mats.
If you have your main +2 alts gaining you mats thats 3x the mats this directly counters the cash shop with buying mats and w/e.
It's F2P, you pay for ceonvenience and in the grand scheme of things everyone of you that whales ilvl will be called out in legion raids for being dog ass and immediately kicked.
No ones worried about it, not a single person who knows how this game works.

You either pay for instant 50lvl or redo the story

There's nothing to do after 50?
You'll be gated to dailies and weeklies just like any other MMO.
You've conveniently left out all this below.

After you get the premium pass for free 2x alts , leveling the next alts will be either paying for instant 50 or you will need to level them by yourself replaying the main story.

Im not talking about end game content but on leveling more alts to 50

There is no p2progress on alts mechanism in game.
That would be a paid boost? No such thing.

You get 2 power boosts, one for 50 and one for spending the previous power boost.

2 per account, free, no purchase/payment necessary.
