If you purchase the game thru steam but have Amazon prime am I still eligible to get the extras?

I feel very confident saying that it does not matter where you launch your game, this prime loot works everywhere.

This, New World had the same question which turned out to have the same answer. The retailer you purchase at has no impact on your rewards.
