Is it possible to play with my friends if they are on another server?
Like doing dungeons and pvp
I can't seem to find a way to add them to friends list

other region entirely : No

Curious how that works out. Can you add friends from other servers to your FL that are in the same region?

There is a LFG system in the game, kinda like a Browser for finding raids.

So that's the only way for them to join?

No clue about that, you cant add someone from another region i know that, because IGN's are based of your region.

Yes in PvE content they can create a custom lobby/group say for a chaos dungeon and you join it.

PvP no.

Has to be same Region NA east etc.

Can you do open world stuff cross server or only instanced dungeons etc?

It is same region but different servers
So we can pvp together?

You can only make custom lobby groups through the PvE stuff if you're cross server. Won't work for PvP.
