Me and a buddy are playing through Season and it seems we can’t trade, we are both level 70 80+ paragon, please advise

u just can trade if the drop is in same party and just 2 hours

But we’ve been trying to trade those items for a few days and won’t let us for some reason

trade with a garbage can for example, best deal u can get
