so i have never really played d3 but i have a necro already powerleveled to paragon 728 but i honestly have no clue what to wear or what skills to set or anything

what's the best way to lvl on fresh char?

if ur with 2-4 ppl i think its regular rifting

if solo i think the massacre bonus streaks still give a lot of exp
but just youtube a lvling guide also

t6 cleaver method is the fastest, but if you havent practiced, it will take longer than just doing rifts.
