Wrong. Leaderboard is for solo pushing and most likely the builds you will see won't suit your need for speedrifting

I personally think for starting off best way to get gear is to upgrade piece by piece with bloodshards/gambling from khadala.

You can get blood shards pretty quick doing rift runs.

These multis spend too much time here.
