you would need to drop speedt13/speedgrift/ solo push/team push/ zdps build and go for a single target focused build.
there are plenty of options

thx to deep itemization you could also aim to maximize elite dmg% in your gear.
you could go for stricken gem if you point to build up your dmg or other legendary gems if you want to burst dmg.
kanai's cube itemization depend a lot on class and build, can't help without details
watch out for clones, they're a pain in the arse.
