DH UE multishot arsenal build seasonal (no legacy)

Focus + Restraint rings i understand gives a 2.25 dmg multiplier.

Thoughts:
I'm debating cubing a grandeur ring, equipping a primal cindercoat (i would lose -12 max disc from UE cage)
To make up for the -12 max disc i would equip a SOJ with +10 max disc leavingme with net -2 max disc loss

Should i continue with hellfire amulet + COE? Would it be worth it to run Endless walk alongside SOJ instead of hell/COE?

Hellfire + COE is a better beneficial setup than what your proposing due to your build. What are you running for weapon/armor alots in your cube?

Weapon is DAWN for vengeance, ive had gunes in armor slot. Tried magefist but the loss of dmg reduction seemed to make it not worth it. Any better suggestions?
