Hey, i saw i streamer yesterday playing necromancer who used land of the death - Frozen , He had so low cooldown that he could use it always, it seemed pretty OP for support, does anyone have any idea what build that could be? :-) Maybe a link?

As tempting as it is to declare you the captain of the noob army i think i will just say you may be talkung about a Znecro. This means zero dps necro. Rhe entire build is cooldown and buff/dbuff and puke globes. 2 piece pestilenc and devour/canabalize is the core combo for this.
