Do they still carry paragon over from season to season?

When the season ends, your experience gets added to your nonseason total. Just remember it's experience, not paragon levels that get added... so if you got 1 trillion experience, it will add however many paragon to nonseason that 1 trillion experience would add (as the levels take more and more XP the higher you get).
