Inb4 Nonseason flame
Inb4 D3 flame

Looking for a little help from someone who knows a decent amount about most classes. Willing to tip a little Fg (20-30) for some quality help.
I mostly play Nonseason, I had a couple of good season ( S3-S4 ) with some friends at work. But have never been that dedicated since.
Nowadays I mostly play for a week or two every now and again when I'm bored.

I've played NS on and off for awhile , and am getting to the point where spending blood shards on my monk is stupid.
Pretty much all the gear I need has to be re-rolled or hope to get a good ancient version.
So I came back after a few months off, and with the new Armory/craft material storage I want to start a new character

1) What's the deal with season Legendaries? I've looked around, I understand how they work, but can't find a list of just the season-specific ones.

2) Should I use a Season 9 build? I know there is probably only one or two pieces different in Season vs. Non Season, but I want to find a complete guide.

3) Can you link any builds specifically for WD or Wizard that would work well in NS currently?

i could be wrong, but im quite sure that unlike d2, there isnt anything specific to season play that non-season players cant get their hands on, item wise, legendary or not.

however, there is a season journey which gives you rewards, that can only be obtained when playing seasons. but these are
things like portaits, pets, stash tab etc... yes, the haedrigs gifts will get you set gear but the same set gear can be looted in non-season play.

1. there are no specific ones

2. use the most recent build you can. items do get tweaked over time and the "top" builds are adjusted or re-ordered accordingly
its also important to remember old legenadary items arent updated when patched. so they may be obsolete and require you to find new ones.
sets are updated to the most recent version

3. several sites list viable builds for all classes try this one. http://www.diablofans.com/

basically, you only play seasons if you care about the bling and a forced start over.

bling = stash tab, portaits, pets, penants etc...

also, when asking for help for d3, make sure to state your realm and if you play soft or hardcore.
hope this helps.

They took out seasonal legendaries, so any builds for the current season work the same for non season.

Usually you can just hit Shift L to see the leaderboard, and view hero details to see the best builds. Inspecting a few people on top's profile will usually lead to the best Torment farming builds as well.
