At the end of the day console is mainly hacked gear. You can in theory do anything because one piece of equipment can have you soling grift 100.

Console is better because you can trade and it updates with pc version and it season with the next. Patch

You don't have to play with modded gears you can play legit too in fact most of most people sell legit setups on console
