No, d3 is shit after auction house closed.
Game is completely different and good items drop too frequently to even be able to respect the drop when it happens.
Not to mention that the pvp is terrible and in no way balanced. There is no pvp scene in D3.

Get on amazon and buy a copy of Diablo I.
That game is still surprisingly entertaining.
