Working with a friend to finish up some achievements.
Come to the "guardian Spirits" one in act 2 stinging winds.

We can find the area (both solo, and in a group) but the dying necromancer is not there..........

Anyone know if this is bugged?

nvm, we finally got him to spawn :/
Seems like it does not always spawn even if its the right area.. :/
