So I just back into Diablo 3, cube and such is amazing.
Started building an archon mage and I need that cdr.

So I thought to myself, 25% from your helm, that's preeetty good.
The crown I posses at the moment has 96% effect.

When I insert my Diamond into it I only get the 12,5%, not ~25%. (Flawless Royal)
Anyone know anything about this? Like for example if the bonus does not show but are in effect.
I have to admit that I have not actually counted to see if that is the case.

Most games are, thanks for your input.

It won't be shown but should still be factored. Open your character sheet and look at the actual %. Take the helmet off and put it back on and check the numbers.

Cdr has compound % scaling instead of flat %
