Hi, I recently start playing d3 on ps4 nad i'm using skills told in this Build http://www.diablofans.com/builds/58847-crusader-blessed-hammer-2-3-0-ps4-hardcore and my question is how is it possible to use failing sword and akarats champion since they are both on r1?

PC has an option called "elective mode" that lets you move the skills to any slot, so you can have two from the same category. I'm guessing the PS4 does as well, look in the game options.
