Ok. When I was on the 360 somebody told me a level to play over and over to get to 70. I forgot what level that was. I just beat act 5 and level 42 currently.

Anyone tell me the name of that level or a good way to level up to 70?

You should end up unlocking Adventure Mode after you beat act 5, at which point you could probably do some normal rifts to level up, to be honest.

Alternatively, Halls of Agony is a pretty decent way to level up. I usually alternate between the two when one gets too boring.
