Soooo... I have this done and it's not checked. I'm level 70 paragon 20 and on chapter 3 season rewards yet... I can't get passed there cause of this.. I read it's a bug but is there a way to fix it?

Did you upgrade ur merchants fully?

If not try adding a extra level on it and see if it helps

Otherwise you are better off trying to contact Blizzard support

Did u get all bounty bag of each act at least once thats how i got my 5 jeweler recipe
