Since I have never seen so much as a veiled crystal pop out of the goblin's portal interrupt, a chance at a gift would be amazing

You can get frequently gifts through public GR25 to 45 (or whatever you can do the fastest) carries in Master or T1 rift games and help them gear up. I do it on my UE DH, so I can get about 1 gift every 10 to 20 GR from one shotting everything. These GR are about 2 to 4 minutes each. I tell the people to sort there shit later, so I can keep going. If they take forever then I leave and go pick another group.
