I am running the Helltooth pet build this season. With this build there are no "primary" skills. All cool downs + spirit walk... So, how do I interact/break objects and doors without having to use piranhado or wall of death??? I have been playing on an off since vanilla so I feel really stupid right now... Is there not an alt key I can hit so that mouse 1 just uses regular attack?
